MoodMattersBox is glad that you decided to shop with us. We take pride in giving costumers great products. Our goal is to provide great service and that also means having a guideline.

1. Shipping
Orders for our products are processed and shipped in 2-4 business days. Custom orders can take 4-8 business days. Orders will not be delivered on holidays. If we receive a high volume of orders unfortunately expect shipment delays by a few days. If there is any delay in your order we will contact you via email.

2. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the costumers responsibility that the shipping address is correct. Our company processes orders as soon as possible. The costumer has a limited amount of time to correct a shipping error. Orders shipped to an incorrect address and shipped back will result in another shipping fee.

3. Stolen/Lost Packages MoodMattersBox is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered to your address and you have not received it contact local authorities.

5. Returning Packages
MoodMattersBox permits you to return your package within 7 days of arrival. Please notify us beforehand to see if we can make it right.
